Equipping faith based recovery teams
Addictions, in their many forms and expressions, are increasingly becoming part of everyday life, deeply affecting the lives of individuals beyond the church and those within her 'walls'. Addiction does not discriminate, it impacts those who have been battered by life and those who appear to be the most blessed.
There is Hope. There is another life to be lived.
Some of you are already supporting recovery journeys through friendships, groups and projects. Others are at the start asking the question "What can we do to make a sustainable difference in our communities and how does faith play a part?"
I am committed to supporting faith based recovery projects and people, and to seeing God's love change lives for good.
